睡眠习惯

There are fools who fix the sleep time, who say, "I have taken a vow to sleep for only five hours a night."

When they are young, body may need 8 hours sleep. They will be continuously missing those 3 hours. They look a little sad, tired, their faces lusterless. They will simply move through life half asleep.

And in old age, you try to sleep 5 hours. You will suffer as you can sleep only 3 hours. The whole night you are tossing and cursing the whole world, and you can't conceive why you can't sleep at least 5 hours.

Buddha says: Let your life be dynamic. It has to correspond to the reality, to the situation in which you are. Don't follow dead rules; In that responsibility you grow, you become mature.
